新时代加强高职院校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设之我见

My Views on Strengthening the Construction of Teachers' Team of Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era

中国特色社会主义进入新时代,对高校思想政治理论课发挥育人主渠道作用提出了新的更高要求。高职院校应建设一支理想坚定、师德高尚、业务精湛、结构合理、充满活力的高素质思想政治理论课教师队伍。目前,高职院校思想政治理论课教师队伍在理论知识、科研能力、实践能力、整体素质等方面都还存在一些不足,尚不能适应新时代的要求。建议从树立新发展理念、把握新时代特征、适应新技术变革、强化现实问题意识、结合高职院校特点、加强理想信念教育等六个方面进行改进与加强。

The teachers of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities shoulder the special mission of cultivating qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics, both red and special, both ability and political integrity. There are still some problems in the construction of the ideological and political theoU course teachers in higher vocational colleges, which still cannot meet the requirements of the new era. Therefore, it is a problem that needs to be solved to establish a team of high-quality professional and innovative ideological and political theoy teachers who are satisfied by the party and the people. This paper is based on the status quo of the ideological and political theoU course teachers in higher vocational colleges, explaining the requirements of the construction of teachers in the ideological and political theory courses in higher vocational colleges, and the thinking on strengthening the ideological and political theoU course teachers in higher vocational colleges, then propose some solutions to the problem in a targeted manner.
