2017年6月—2018年6月广水市居民户碘盐及儿童和成年人尿碘监测结果分析

Analysis of Iodate of Households and Monitoring Results of Urine Iodine of Children and Adults in Guangshui from June 2017 to June 2018

目的探析2017年6月—2018年6月广水市居民户碘盐及儿童、成年人尿碘监测的结果。方法通过分层随机抽样的形式抽取并监测2017年6月—2018年6月广水市居民户共600份盐样,各抽取8～10岁儿童100名,成年人200名的尿样实施尿碘监测。结果 2017年6月—2018年6月碘盐覆盖率、合格率、非碘盐率以及合格碘盐使用率均满足国家碘缺乏病消除标准;8～10岁儿童尿碘占比最大的为100～300μg/L,年限对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);成年人尿碘占比最高的为100～300μg/L,年限比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论广水市居民户2017年6月—2018年6月碘盐以及儿童、成年人尿碘监测结果显示达到国家碘缺乏病的消除标准,但依旧需要定期开展尿碘监测,确保碘营养维持在合理水平。

Objective To study the iodate of households and monitoring results of urine iodine of children and adults in Guangshui from June 2017 to June 2018. Methods 600 pieces of salt samples of households in Guangshui from June 2017 to June 2018 were extracted and monitored, and the urine samples of 100 cases of children aged 8 to 10 years old and 200 cases of adults were extracted for monitoring. Results The iodine coverage rate, qualified rate and non-iodine rate and usage rate of qualified iodate from June 2017 to June 2018 met the national standard for the elimination of iodine deficiency disease; and the ratio of urine iodine in children aged from 8 to 10 years old was the highest, accounting for 100-300 μg/L,and the difference in the age limit between the two groups was obvious （P〈0.05）, and the ratio of urine iodine in adults was the highest, 100-300 μg/L, and the difference in the age limit between the two groups was small, without statistical significance （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion The iodate of households and monitoring results of urine iodine of children and adults in Guangshui from June 2017 to June 2018 reach the national standard for the elimination of iodine deficiency disease, but we still need to develop the urine iodine monitoring regularly and ensure the iodate nutrition to maintain the rational level.
