摘要 目的研究血站无偿献血宣传教育策略及效果。方法选择焦作市在2015年10月—2017年10月期间的无偿献血者作为研究对象,按照时间顺序进行分组。其中2015年10月—2016年10月为实施前,2016年11月—2017年10月为实施后。比较实施无偿献血宣传教育前后各项献血指标及满意度情况。结果实施无偿献血宣传教育后各项献血指标显著优于实施前,实施后献血满意度94.21%明显优于实施前60.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对无偿献血者实施无偿献血宣传教育,能够有效激发公民的献血热情,增加血液采集量,保证临床用血安全。 Objective To research the strategies and effect of voluntary blood donation publicity education. Methods The voluntary blood donors in Jiaozuo from October 2015 to October 2017 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups, the time before implementation was from October 2015 to October 2016, and the time after the implementation was from November 2016 to October 2017, and various blood donation indexes and satisfactory degree before and after the publicity education were compared. Results Various blood donation indexes after the implementation of voluntary blood donation were obviously better than those before the implementation, and the satisfactory degree of blood donation after the implementation was obviously better than that before the implementation (94.21% vs 60.09%), and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The implementation of voluntary blood donation publicity education in the blood donors can effectively motivate the blood donation enthusiasm of citizens, increase the blood collection amount and ensure the clinical safety of blood use.
