心理护理对反复体外受精-胚胎移植失败患者妊娠结局的影响

Effect of psychological nursing on the pregnancy outcome of patients with repeated failure of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer

目的探讨心理护理对反复体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)失败患者妊娠结局的影响。方法选择行IVF-ET治疗、移植超过3次或超过4个优质胚胎均未孕的不孕患者60例(60个复苏周期),随机分为研究组和对照组,各30例。对照组行常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上,由专人负责冷冻胚胎复苏移植周期过程中的心理护理。对2组患者生化妊娠率、临床妊娠率、早期流产率进行分析。结果研究组临床妊娠率高于对照组(P <0. 05),2组生化妊娠率及早期流产率差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论对于反复IVFET失败患者,增加全程心理护理干预,对增加临床妊娠率有积极意义。

Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing on the pregnancy out- come of patients with repeated failure of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer （IVF-ET）. Methods Totally 60 patients with previous more than 3 times of IVF failure or more than 4 available embry- os were randomly assigned to the study group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. Patients of both two groups received routine care during IVF-ET treatment, and those in the study group were given psychological nursing by specialist nurses during frozen-thawed embryo transfer （FET） cycle. The rates of biochemical pregnancy, clinical pregnancy and early abortion were com- pared between two groups. Results The rate of clinical pregnancy in the study group was higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. There was no significant difference in rates of biochemi- cal pregnancy and early abortion between two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion It is required to carry out psychological nursing interventions for patients with repeated failure of IVF-ET, which in turns may increase the rate of clinical pregnancy.
