Training of emergency specialist nurses

目的总结急诊急救专科护士的培训方法及体会。方法 178名急诊科、院前急救、重症医学科护士参加急诊急救专科护士培训班,进行1个月的基本理论培训及2周临床实践培训,培训结束后进行理论考试和操作考核。结果 178名护士均如期完成理论培训及临床实践,考试成绩均合格。结论急诊急救专科护士培训有利于急诊护士急救技能的提高,为急诊专科护士的培养打下良好的基础。

Objective To summarize the training method of emergency specialist nurses and related experience. Methods Totally 178 nurses form the department of emergency, pre - hospi- tal care and ICU participated in the training of specialist emergency care. The training included 1 month of theory training and 2 weeks of clinical practice. The assessment on theory knowledge and practice skills was carried out at the end of training. Results All 178 nurses completed the theory training program and the clinical practice and passed the finial tests. Conclusion The specialist training program benefits the emergency care skills of nurses and lays a good foundation of training for emergency specialist nurses.
