基于AMESim的支架阀加载测试系统仿真分析

Simulation analysis on the loading test system of support valve based on AMESim

应用AMESim软件对支架阀加载测试液压系统进行了建模,对增压缸、安全阀与电磁先导阀、换向阀的特性进行了仿真研究和分析。经验证,设计的测试系统原理正确,能达到预期效果和作用,可以搭建测试试验台用于生产实践。

By using the AMESim software, the loading test hydraulic system of support valve was modeled, and the character isties of booster cylinder, safety valve, solenoid pilot valve and directional valve were simulated and analyzed. The test results show that the test system is correct,the expected effect and effect can be achieved,and the test bench can be built for produetion practice.
