摘要
为解决西湾露天煤矿坑口东帮220 t和30~70 t级自卸卡车交叉运输问题,对露天煤矿运输系统进行优化设计,取消原红绿灯控制的平交系统,修建坑口分离式立交钢栈桥。这样,不仅避免了大小车交叉通行,显著提高原煤生产产量,有效解决了作业效率低下、增加人工成本等问题,同时也满足了安全生产要求,减少东帮出入沟的车流密度,实现了本质安全,提升了露天煤矿经济效益。
In order to solve the problem of cross transportation of dump trucks at the east side of the pithead of Xiwan openeast coal mine, the transportation system was optimized, the original level crossing system controlled by traffic light was cancelled,and the separated interchange steel trestle in the pithead was built,which not only avoids the crossing transportation of large and small vehicles, improves the transportation efficiency, but also meets the requirements of safety production and improves the economic benefits of coal mine.
