摘要
浮选工艺在粗煤泥的粒度较大时,分选的效果要差于细粒煤泥的分选,对选煤工艺的影响较大。通过原煤性质测试,分析了顶水量对粗煤泥的适应效果,认为顶水量宜保持在0. 75 m3/h左右;同时研究了中流通道和入料量对分选效果的影响,认为粗煤泥分选时入料量应控制在较低水平,中流通道的尺寸宜为6 mm。
When the size of coarse slime is large, the effect of flotation is worse than that of fine slime, which affects the coal preparation process. Through the test of raw coal properties, the adaptability of top water quantity to coarse slime was analyzed, and the influence of middle flow passage and feed quantity on separation effect was studied. The results show that the top water quantity should be kept at about 0.75 m3/h,and the size of middle flow passage should be 6 mm.
