摘要
随着我国经济快速发展和产业升级步伐的加快,企业技能型人才短缺和结构性问题日益突出。必须综合施策,共同营造"工匠"也是人才的社会氛围,切实解决"匠心"与"匠薪"不匹配的问题,努力构建全方位技能形成与提升体系,并且注重工匠精神的养成。
With the rapid development of China' s economy and the acceleration of industrial upgrading, the shortage of skilled personnel and the structural problems are becoming increasingly prominent.
