摘要
简要介绍淮南矿区煤炭资源概况,分析了潘谢矿区B组煤的资源量及其煤层特征指标,指出潘谢矿区不同槽别的B组煤符合深成变质规律,部分地区存在接触变质影响,总体煤种相对单一,以1/3焦煤煤种为主,部分地区煤种相对复杂;建议B组煤应重点作为炼焦原料煤并进行洗选加工,同时应持续开展B组煤的煤质指标及性能研究、洗选加工实践及梯级利用方案的确立,根据煤的变质程度差异区别对待不同地区、不同槽别的煤炭,优化其入洗方案以实现梯级利用。
The coal resources circumstances of Huainan mining area were introduced in this paper, the Bgroup resources and coal seam's indicators of Panxie mining area were analyzed. It was indicated that the B group coal from different grooves could meet the deep metamorphism law, in some area, the contacting metamorphism effect exists, the general coal type is single, the main coal type is 1/3 coke coal, in some area, the coal type is complicated; it was suggested that the B group coal should be regarded as the coking material coal to be washed and prepared, meanwhile, the coal quality indicators performance research, washing and processing practice, and cascade utilization plan formulation of B group coal should all be done, according to the degree of metamorphism, the coal from different areas and grooves should be regarded differently, so that the washing plan could be optimized to realize the cascade utilization plan.
