缩分器槽采煤样灰分出现系统偏差的原因研究

摘要 简述1200FA缩分器的工作原理,从调整缩分器的开口及橡胶刮板、重新安装缩分器、调整缩分器锥体、更换一级破碎的篦条、调整S线刮板及圆盘等方面探讨实际工作中进出港口2次采样的干基灰分系统偏差的原因,并进行相应的验证试验。试验研究表明,1200FA缩分器出现灰分系统偏差的主要原因主要包括上一级破碎粒度不达标、不同粒度级煤炭的品质差异较大、S线刮板与圆盘由于长期振动导致不平整。有针对性地调整设备,可使采样设备的性能良好并使采样系统的运行恢复正常。 The working principles of 1200FA division machine was introduced, from aspects such as division machine opening adjustment, rubber scraper, division machine renew installation, division machine adjustment, primary crush purlin change, S line scraper and plate adjustments, the system deviation of ash content of dry basis from 2 times of sampling in and out the port was discussed, and the verification experiments was done. The experiments research showed that, the reasons why the system division of ash appeared were mainly the failing to reach the standard of crushing granularity at the last stage, big difference of quality of different size coal, out-of-flatness caused by long term vibration of S line scraper and plate. The adjustments of equipment targetedly, could maintain the performance of the equipment good and make sure the normal operation of the sampling system.
