摘要
针对传统定质量缩分器的机械式调节接料斗开度及其受机械结构的局限导致应用范围小等问题,研制了基于伺服控制的新型旋转格槽式缩分器,其无需调节接料斗开度,仅通过调节缩分格槽在弃样与留样区的速度即可实现定质量缩分。介绍了该旋转格槽式缩分器的结构特点、工作原理以及控制算法,并对该新型缩分器进行试验验证,经质量稳定性、精密度及灰分偏倚分析可证明其性能完全符合标准要求且留样灰分无偏倚,表明伺服控制方法下的定质量缩分可以替代传统的调节留样口开度的定质量缩分方式。
Regarding to the problems such as mechanical adjustment of the hopper opening degree of traditional fixed weight division machine and its small application rang caused by mechanical structure limitations, new rotary groove divider based on servo control was researched, bucket opening degree was not needed to be adjusted, only through adjusting the speed of division groove at discarded samples and maintaining samples area, the fixed weight division could be achieved, the structural features, working principles, and control algorithms of rotary groove divider were introduced, the experimental verification of new type of division machine was done, through quality stability, precision, and ash bias analysis, it is proved that the performance could all meet the requirements of standard, and the maintaining sample ash content has no bias, it means that the fixed weight division with servo control method could replace the traditional fixed weight division with sample stay opening adjustment.
