观察阿卡波糖联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病伴高血脂症的疗效

Observation of the Efficacy of Acarbose Combined with Metformin in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes with Hyperlipidemia

目的 2型糖尿病伴高脂血症阿卡波糖联合二甲双胍疗效观察。方法选取该院2015年6月—2017年9月收治2型糖尿病伴高脂血症患者138例,67例常规联合二甲双胍治疗(对照组),71例在对照组基础上联合阿卡波糖(观察组),观察治疗效果。结果治疗3个月后,观察组FPG、2 hPG及HbA1c水平均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且观察组TC、TG、LDL-C水平均较对照组低,HDL-C水平显著高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿卡波糖联合二甲双胍用于2型糖尿病伴高血脂症可有效改善血糖及血脂水平,提高疗效。

Objective To observe the curative effect of type 2 diabetes mellitus with hyperlipidemia acarbose combined with metformin. Methods From June 2015 to September 2017, 138 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with hyperlipidemia were enrolled, 67 patients were treated with metformin （control group）, and 71 patients were combined with acarbose on the control group （observation group）, observe the treatment effect. Results After 3 months of treatment, the levels of FPG, 2 hPG and HbAlc in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the HDL-C level was significantly higher than that in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acarbose combined with metformin for type 2 diabetes with hyperlipidemia can effectively improve blood glucose and blood lipid levels and improve efficacy.
