玻璃体内注射曲安奈德治疗糖网病黄斑水肿与眼压升高的关系评价

Evaluation of the Relationship between Intravitreal Iinjection of Triamcinolone Acetonide for Treatment of Macular Edema in Diabetic Net Disease and Elevated Intraocular Pressure

目的探析糖尿病视网膜病变(糖网病)黄斑水肿患者应用玻璃体内注射曲安奈德治疗与眼压升高的关系。方法随机选择2015年6月—2018年7月在该院接受治疗的22例糖网病黄斑水肿患者予以研究,均给予玻璃体内注射曲安奈德治疗,总结分析患者眼压升高情况,并比较患者治疗前后的视力水平及黄斑厚度。结果 22例患者中,眼压升高6例,占有比率为27.27%。患者治疗1个月后视力水平高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者治疗1个月后黄斑厚度小于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖网病黄斑水肿患者应用玻璃体内注射曲安奈德治疗中可出现眼压升高现象,为此,治疗中应向患者说明眼压升高风险。

Objective To investigate the relationship between intravitreal injection of triameinolone aeetonide and elevated intraocular pressure in patients with diabetic？retinopathy （DR） macular edema. Methods Twenty-two patients with maeular edema of diabetic retinopathy （DR） who were treated in the hospital from June 2015 to July 2018 were randomly selected. All patients were treated with intravitreal injection of triamcinolone acetonide to summarize and analyze the elevated intraocular pressure. The visual acuity and macular thickness before and after treatment were compared. Results Of the 22 patients, 6 had elevated intraocular pressure and the ratio was 27.27%. The visual acuity level of patients after 1 month of treatment was higher than that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The thickness of the macula after 1 month of treatment was less than that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion In patients with corneal edema of macular edema, intraocular injection of triamcinolone acetonide may cause elevated intraocular pressure. For this reason, the risk of elevated intraocular pressure should be indicated to the patient during treatment.
