在所有类型的纺织品生产过程中,由于纱线张力和纱线消耗不均匀,供纱常成为一个挑战。纱线长度和张力的大幅度波动对产品质量和工艺稳定性产生不利影响,导致加工误差和生产速度下降。为解决这一问题,德国亚琛工业大学纺织技术研究所(ITA)与艾特林(Ettlin)纺纱和织造公司合作,开发出一种自适应供纱系统,并以单边筘针综织造为例,对纱线张力进行调节。采用新系统,即便是粗糙的装饰线,也可在较高的生产速度下,完美集成于防晒纺织品中,并且其还具有对不同编织图案和材料的适应性。该系统在提高产品质量的同时,实现了具有复杂装饰结构产品的稳定生产。
Producting textiles of all types, yarn feeding is generally challenging due to irregular yarn tension and yarn consumption during the process. Large fluctuations in yarn length and tension adversely affect product quality and process stability which leads to process errors and diminished production speed. The Institute für Textilechnik (ITA)of RWTH in cooperation with Ettlin Spinnerei und Weberei Produktions GmbH addressed this problem by developing a system for adaptive yarn feeding and yarn tension regulation using open reed stitch weaving as an example. Utilizing the new system, even coarse ornamental threads were flawlessly incorporated into sun protection textiles at high production speeds, maintaining adaptability for different weave patterns and materials. That way, constantly high product quality was achieved and even complex ornamental structures were incorporated reliably.
