Development of dynamic adjustment mechanism on medical service prices and its development suggestions

文章简要梳理了国内外医疗服务价格动态调整进展及经验,从调整空间及原则、调整标准及方案、调整管理及实施、调整监测与评估4个维度构建了动态调整框架,并深入分析了调整框架、流程路径及调整方法等,同时提出了推进我国当前医疗服务价格调整的政策建议。

This paper briefly summarized the progress and experience on the domestic and foreign medical serviceprice dynamic adjustment. A dynamic adjustment framework was developed based on four dimensions of adjusting spaceand principles,adjusting standards and items,adjusting management and implementation,and adjusting monitoring andevaluating. The adjustment framework,process path and adjusting method were deeply analyzed. Policy suggestions wereput forward to impel the current medical service price adjustment in China.
