上海市浦东新区计算机断层扫描和磁共振成像设备使用技术水平研究

Study on the technology level of computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging in Pudong New Area, Shanghai

目的分析计算机断层扫描(computed tomography,CT)和磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)设备检查在上海市浦东新区区属公立医院临床诊疗中的作用。方法在该区区属公立医院中随机抽取2016年出院且做过CT和MRI检查的病案1 008份,对这两个设备的检查结果及其与临床诊断的一致性进行分析。结果CT和MRI检查阳性率与检查必要性无同向的关联性;CT和MRI检查结果与临床诊断一致率需要控制;上海市浦东新区区属公立医院间的CT和MRI检查阳性率和一致率存在显著差异。结论需要严格监控CT和MRI的利用。

Objective To analyze the role of computed tomography（CT） and magnetic resonance imaging（MRI）in clinical diagnosis and treatment in public hospitals owned by Pudong New Area,Shanghai. Methods A total of 1 008cases of hospital discharge and CT and MRI examinations in 2016 were randomly selected. The positive rate of CT andMRI examinations and concordance rate（consistency with clinical diagnosis） were analyzed. Results The positive ratewas not correlated with the necessity of the examinations in the same direction. The concordance rate between CT and MRIresults and clinical diagnoses needed to be controlled. In addition,there were significant differences in positive rate andconcordance rate among those public hospitals in Pudong New Area of Shanghai. Conclusion The utilization of CT and MRIneeds to be strictly monitored.
