摘要
目的对比不同分组条件下四种综合评价方法的医院绩效水平差异,探讨不同评价方法排序结果的相关性。方法引入组合评价法,分别用四种方法对师级、团级等全部样本医院进行分析,基于序次均值将医院绩效水平划分为一级、二级、三级,采用Spearman秩相关分析对排序结果进行两两比较。结果不同分组情况下四种综合评价方法获得序次的一致性评价结果均显示,四种排序差别无统计学意义;两两比较结果提示,赋权方法对评价结果有一定影响;依据组合序次的医院绩效等级划分结果,SJ06、SJ08、SJ10、SJ07为一级,TJ02、TJ03、TJ04为三级,其他医院为二级。结论组合评价法可弱化单种评价方法对排序结果的影响,使各医院绩效水平排名趋向稳定。
Objective To compare the differences of hospital performance levels between four comprehensive evaluation methods under different grouping conditions and to explore the relevance of the ranking results of different evaluation methods. Methods The method of combination evaluation was introduced. Four levels were used to analyze all of the sample hospitals including the division level and regiment level. Based on the sequential mean value, the hospital performance level was divided into first level, second level, and third level. The ranking was performed by using Spearman rank correlation analysis. The results were compared in pairs. Results The results of the consistency evaluation of the four comprehensive evaluation methods under different groupings showed that the four sorting differences had no statistical significance. The results of the comparisons suggested that the weighting method had a certain impact on the evaluation results. Based on the combination rank, the hospital performances were graded as follows hospitals SJ06, SJ08, SJ10, and SJ07 were grade one, TJ02, TJ03, and TJ04 were grade three, and other hospitals were grade two. Conclusion The combined evaluation method can weaken the influence of single evaluation method on the ranking result, and make the performance level of all hospitals tend to be stable.
