摘要
目的了解医改试点医院员工满意度现状,分析员工满意度构成及影响因素,并提出政策建议。方法采取分层随机抽样法,对380名员工进行满意度问卷调查,运用方差分析、因子分析等方法进行统计学分析。结果员工满意度处于较满意水平,为(3.57±0.77)分,员工总体满意度主要由工作状态满意度、职业发展与保障满意度和人际关系满意度等3个因子构成,员工对职业发展与保障因子满意度最低。岗位是满意度影响因素,医师、护士满意度较低。结论公立医院改革有利于提高员工满意度,医院应对医师、护士进行重点关注,不断创新薪酬制度,完善成长成才途径并运用多种方法调动派遣员工积极性。
Objective To achieve satisfaction of employee in a pilot hospital under new medical reform,analyze the constitution and influencing factors of employee satisfaction and improve the employee satisfaction to uphold societal benefit. Methods 380 employees were surveyed regarding satisfaction through stratified random sampling method, and data was analyzed by ANOVA and factor analyze methods. Results Employee satisfaction was relatively satisfied which get(3. 57±0. 77) point. Work status, career development and job security, interpersonal relationship were the main constitute factors of employee satisfaction, and the second factor had the lowest satisfaction rate. Post was the influencing factor and the satisfaction rates of physicians and nurses were relatively low. Conclusion Public hospital reform is conducive to employee satisfaction, and it is suggested that the hospital give greater emphasis on physicians and nurses, innovate compensation mechanism, improve career development paths and mobilize the initiative of employed healthcare workers.
