卫管专业研究生实验教学模式改革探讨

Discussion on Experimental Teaching Reform for Postgraduates Majoring in Health Care

创新研究生实验教学方法手段,提高实践应用能力和综合素质,是当前卫管专业研究生培养中必须重视的问题。通过国内外现状分析,对卫管专业研究生卫勤教学内容进行重新梳理,对"卫勤技术与方法"进行教学内容模块化,集成应用卫勤学科实验室平台建设成果,基于PBL和CBL教学方法,建立4个技术模块三段式实验教学方案,对提升高层次军事卫勤人才培养水平提出建议。

Innovation of experimental teaching methods for graduate students and improvement of practical application ability and comprehensive quality are issues that must be paid attention to in the current training of graduate students of health management specialty. Based on the analysis of the current situation at home and abroad, this paper reorganizes the teaching contents of medical service for postgraduates majoring in health care management, modularizes the teaching contents of “medical service technology and methods”, integrates and applies the achievements of the construction of medical service laboratory platform, and establishes four technical modules and three-stage experimental teaching programs based on PBL and CBL teaching methods, and puts forward suggestions for improving the training level of high-level military medical service personnel.
