整合医学背景下的医院护理教学

Nursing Education of Hospital under Concept of Holistic Integrated Medicine

现代医学在专科化的推动下取得发展和进步,同时,专科化也促进医院护理的高速发展。然而,随着社会的不断发展,加之人类疾病谱的改变,专科分化过细也给护理带来影响。以整合医学和整体护理理念为背景,提出医院开展整体护理教学的一些思考,以期为促进医院护理教学更好发展提供参考。

Modern medicine has made great development and progress under the impetus of specialization,which also promoted the rapid growth of hospital nursing. However, with the continuous development of society and the change of human disease spectrum, the specialty has been divided into fragments, which brings effects to nursing as a result. Based on the concept of holistic integrated medicine and holistic nursing, some advice about holistic nursing education in the hospital were put forward, so as to provide reference to promote better development of hospital nursing education.
