摘要 结合二等铂电阻温度计标准装置的建立实例,介绍如何将失效模式与影响分析(Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, FMEA)技术应用到计量标准建立的质量控制上。通过对二等铂电阻温度计标准装置的建立工作进行描述与分解,分析该计量标准装置建立过程中造成不通过潜在的故障模式与影响,并对失效模式的严重度、发生度、可探测度进行分析,采用公式RPN=S·O·D,计算风险度RPN。将RPN值从高到低进行排序,找出RPN数值高的失效模式,并提出合理建议与改善措施。最后对其进行验证和效果评价。从而达到提高新建计量标准通过水平。 This paper introduces how to apply Failure Mode and EffectAnalysis (FMEA) to quality control based on measurement standard.Through the description and decomposition of the establishment ofthe second-class platinum resistance thermometer standard device, thepotential failure mode and influence of the standard device were analyzedduring the establishment process of the measurement standard device,and the severity, occurrence degree and detectability of the failure modewere analyzed. The formula RPN=S·O·D was used to calculate therisk degree RPN. Rank RPN value from high to low, find out the failuremode with high RPN value, and put forward reasonable Suggestions andimprovement measures. Finally, it is verified and evaluated. In this way,the new measurement standard can be improved.
