摘要 碳纤维复合材料由碳纤维束和树脂基体固化粘结成型,两种材料的剪切及抗拉性能差距较大,加之各向异性等特点,给碳纤维复合材料的可加工性带来很多困难。因此,对CFRP的切削刀具提出了较高要求。为提高碳纤维复合材料的加工质量,首先对碳纤维复合材料结构及侧铣加工缺陷进行分析,根据侧铣特点对刀具结构进行设计,运用UG三维绘图软件来辅助建模分析,并开展了铣刀动力学性能有限元仿真。 Carbon fiber composites are formed by curing and bonding of carbon fiber bundle and resin matrix,the shear and tensile properties of the two materials differ greatly,in addition,anisotropy and other characteristics,which brings many difficulties to the machinability of carbon fiber composites,therefore,higher requirements for the cutting tools of CFRP are put forward. In order to improve the processing quality of carbon fiber composites,the structure and side milling defects of carbon fiber composites are analyzed firstly,the cutter structure is designed according to the characteristics of side milling,UG three-dimension drawing software is used to assist modeling and analysis,furthermore,the dynamic performance simulation of milling cutter is made by finite element method.
