Research on Project Management of Fine Arts Association in Application-oriented Undergraduate Colleges

我国应用型本科院校中,美术类社团对校园文化建设起着重要的作用,是大学生思想政治教育中的重要内容之一,也是高校实施素质教育的有效载体。针对美术类社团管理中存在的突出问题,结合管理学中项目化管理理念,探讨美术类社团管理和项目化管理的契合之处,重点研究美术类社团项目化管理的具体措施,进一步完善美术类社团的管理机制,提升社团的活力内涵。

In application-oriented undergraduate colleges in China,the fine arts association,as one of the important contents of ideological and political education and also an effective carrier to implement quality education,plays an important role in the construction of campus culture. In view of the problems existed in the fine arts association management,combined with project management in management science,this paper discusses the consilience of arts association management and project management,mainly researches the feasible specific measures in fine arts association project management,to further improve the management mechanism of fine arts association management and enhance the vitality and connotations of fine arts association.
