伴随着1949年9月银川解放,宁夏的历史翻开了新的一页,宁夏人民出版事业从此建立并迅速发展。第一代宁夏人民出版人怀着坚定的社会主义理想信念,全心全意为人民服务的民本意识和自力更生、艰苦奋斗的创业精神,在极其艰苦的环境中开创了宁夏人民出版事业,取得了许多具有深远历史意义的成就。时至今日,这些成就仍具有积极的时代价值,它启示当代出版人坚持为人民服务,坚持中国共产党领导,坚持红色出版,坚持红色精神和文化自信。

With the liberation of Yinchuan in September 1949 ,the history of Ningxia has opened a new page, and the peo- ple＇ s publishing industry of Ningxia has been established and developed rapidly since then. The first generation of Ningxia publishers,with firm socialist ideals and beliefs,wholeheartedly serving the people and the people-oriented consciousness and the spirit of self-reliance and hard struggle,pioneered the people＇ s publishing cause in Ningxia under extremely difficult circumstances and made many achievements of far-reaching historical significance. These achievements are still of positive epochal value today, and inspire contemporary publishers to persist in serving the people, adhering to the leadership of the Communist Party of China, adhering to the red publication, adhering to the red spirit and cultural self-confidence.
