腹腔镜与开腹根治手术(DIXON)治疗直肠癌患者的临床疗效和并发症观察

Clinical efficacy and complications of laparoscopic and open radical(DIXON) for rectal cancer

目的研究腹腔镜与开腹根治术治疗直肠癌的临床疗效及并发症发生率的差异。方法回顾性分析于2015年6月～2017年7月间收治的直肠癌患者94例的临床资料,根据术式的不同分为腹腔镜手术组50例和开腹手术组44例,对比两组术中各指标值结果及术后并发症发生率。结果腹腔镜手术组手术用时、术中出血量、切口长度、住院时间等指标值均优于开腹手术组[(t=11.031,P=0.000)、(t=33.211,P=0.000)、(t=32.101,P=0.000)、(t=9.030,P=0.000)]。腹腔镜手术组并发症发生率为2.0%(1/50例),优于开腹手术组11.36%(5/44例),(x^2=6.058,P=0.014)。结论直肠癌患者,采用腹腔镜直肠癌根治术具有创伤小、术后恢复快、疗效确切、术后并发症发生率低等优势,值得临床推广运用。

Objective Clinical efficacy and complications of laparoscopic and open radical resection for colorectal cancer incidence differences.Methods Clinical data of 94 cases of patients with rectal cancer from June 2015 to July 2017 were analyzed, according to the different operationstyle for laparoscopic surgery group of 50 cases and 44 cases with open surgery, the incidence of results, the value of each index and postoperativecomplications were compared between the two groups during the operation. Results The laparoscopic surgery group, operation time, bleeding volume,intraoperative incision length of hospitalization were better than laparotomy group value time index （t=11.031, P=0.000） （t=33.211, P=0.000）,（t=32.101, P=0.000）, （t=9.030, P=0.000）. The incidence of complications of laparoscopic operation group was 2.0% （1/50 cases）, better than the opensurgery group 11.36% （5/44 cases）, （c2=6.058, P=0.014）. Conclusion Rectal cancer patients with laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer withless trauma, faster postoperative recovery, definite curative effect, low incidence of postoperative complications, and is worthy of clinical application.
