卡前列素氨丁三醇联合卡前列甲酯栓治疗产后出血的应用效果观察

Observation of application effect of carboprost tromethamine combined with carboprost methylate suppositories in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage

目的探讨在临床治疗产后出血应用卡前列素氨丁三醇联合卡前列甲酯栓的临床效果。方法随机筛选于2016年1月～2018年1月期间入院接受治疗168例产后出血患者,平均分为研究组与对照组,各84例。对照组(n=84)施以缩宫素+米索前列醇片进行联合治疗;研究组(n=84)施以卡前列素氨丁三醇+卡前列甲酯栓联合治疗。将两组的临床疗效、产后出血量、不良反应事件进行分析与比较。结果相比于对照组,研究组的效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的产后出血量、不良反应事件均明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗产后出血应用卡前列素氨丁三醇联合卡前列甲酯栓临床效果较好,有效改善产后出血情况,具有较高的安全性。

Objective To probe into the treatment effects ofinsulin glargine combined with methimazole in treatment of elderly patients with diabetesmellitus complicated with hyperthyroidism. Methods 168 cases of patients with postpartum hemorrhage who received treatment in admissionto hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were randomly screened,and were average divided into the study group and the control group, with84 cases in each group. The control group （n=84） were treated with oxytocin combined with Misoprostol Tablets, while the study group （n=84） weretreated with the carboprost tromethamine combined with carboprost methylate suppositories. Then the clinical effects, the amount of postpartum hemorrhageand adverse events of two groups were analyzed and compared. Results Compared with the control group, the difference in the effect of thestudy group was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The amount of postpartum hemorrhage and adverse events in the study group were significantlyless than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of postpartum hemorrhage,the clinical effects of carboprost tromethaminecombined with carboprost methylate suppositorieare good,which can effectively improve the situation of postpartum hemorrhage, thus ithas high security.
