乳房穴位按摩联合艾灸提高产科母乳喂养率的效果观察

Effects of breast acupoint massage combined with moxibustion in increasing breastfeeding rate in department of obstetrics

目的观察乳房穴位按摩联合艾灸提高产科母乳喂养率的效果。方法选取本院2015年2月～2017年12月产科采用阴道分娩方式的住院分娩患者86例,根据治疗方式不同分为观察组与对照组,各43例。对照组采用艾灸膻中、乳根、足三里穴,观察组在对照组基础之上加用乳房穴位按摩。观察产妇泌乳始动时间、哺乳第42天的纯母乳喂养率、产妇产后3天内的泌乳量。结果观察组泌乳始动时间短于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组纯母乳喂养率为88.37%显著高于对照组的53.49%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组泌乳量足够的产妇显著多于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组泌乳量足够和一般的产妇显著多于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳房穴位按摩联合艾灸能缩短产妇泌乳始动时间,促进产后乳汁分泌,提高产妇纯母乳喂养率。

Objective To observe the effects of breast acupoint massage combined with moxibustion in increasing breastfeeding rate in departmentof obstetrics. Methods A total of 86 hospitalized patients who underwent vaginal delivery in our department from February 2015 to December2017 were selected. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into observation group and control group, with 43 cases in eachgroup. Control group was treated with moxibustion at Danzhongacupoint, Rugenacupoint and Zusanliacupoint, and observation group was givenbreast acupoint massage on the basis of control group. The initial time of lactation, the exclusive breastfeeding rate on the 42nd d of breastfeedingandlactation amount within 3 d after delivery were observed. Results The initial time of lactation in observation group was shorter than that in controlgroup （P〈0.05）. The exclusive breastfeeding rate in observation group wassignificantly higher than that in control group （ 88.37% vs 53.49%）（P〈0.05）. The number of puerperaewith enough lactationamount inobservation group was significantly more than that in control group （P〈0.05）.The number of puerperae with enough and general lactationamountin observation group was significantly more than that in control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Breast acupoint massage combined with moxibustion can shorten the initial time of lactation, promote postpartum milk secretion, andincrease maternal exclusive breastfeeding rate.
