分析在慢阻肺急性加重期的治疗中采用特布他林联合糖皮质激素的临床应用价值

Clinical value of terbutaline combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of acute exacerbation of COPD

目的探究采用特布他林联合糖皮质激素治疗慢阻肺急性加重期的效果。方法在2013年1月～2017年1月收集本次研究病例共计168例,按照随机方法分为对照组和观察组,各84例;对照组予以特布他林治疗,观察组则使用特布他林联合糖皮质激素治疗,观察并对比两组效果。结果观察组的总有效率(95.23%)高于对照组(76.19%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,x^2=12.444);治疗后肺功能指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后血气指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将特布他林联合糖皮质激素应用于慢阻肺急性加重期的治疗中,可显著改善患者肺功能、血气指标,并提高治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of terbutaline combined with glucocorticoid on acute exacerbation of COPD. Methods A total of168 cases were collected from January 2013 to January 2017 and randomly divided into control group （n=84） and observation group （n=84）. Thecontrol group was treated with terbutaline and the observation group was treated with terbutaline combined with glucocorticoid. Observe and comparethe effect of the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group （95.23%） was significantly higher than that in the control group（76.19%） （P〈0.05, c2=12.444）. The pulmonary function index after treatment was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, and the blood gas indexafter treatment was better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The applicationof terbutaline combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of acute exacerbation of COPD can significantly improve the pulmonary function,blood gas index and therapeutic effect.
