自拟袪斑汤联合烟酰胺凝胶治疗黄褐斑疗效探讨

Treatment of chloasma by using the qiyu ban decoction and niacinamide gel

目的探讨自拟袪斑汤联合烟酰胺凝胶治疗黄褐斑疗效。方法选取本院2016年1月～2018年2月60例黄褐斑患者,数字随机抽取分成观察组与对照组,对照组单纯应用烟酰胺凝胶治疗,每天2次,观察组在对照组基础上予以自拟袪斑汤治疗,对比两组临床治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后总有效率与对照组比较显著提高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟袪斑汤联合烟酰胺凝胶治疗黄褐斑具有明显临床效果,值得推广使用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of self-designed shuyuban decoction combined with niacinamide gel in the treatment of chloasma.Methods A total of 60 patients with chloasma from January 2016 to February 2018 were selected from our hospital, and randomly divided intothe observation group and the control group. The control group was treated with niacinamide gel only twice a day. Results The total effective rate ofthe observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment, and the difference between the two groups was statisticallysignificant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of chloasma with self-designed yuhuban decoction combined with niacinamide gel has significantclinical effects and is worthy of popularization.
