重组人血管内皮抑素联合常规化疗与体部立体定向放疗治疗局部晚期胰腺癌的临床分析

Clinical analysis of recombinant human endostatin combined with conventional chemotherapy and body stereotactic radiotherapy for locally advanced pancreatic cancer

目的探讨重组人血管内皮抑素联合常规化疗、体部立体定向放疗治疗局部晚期胰腺癌的效果。方法选取2016年6月～2017年6月在本院接受治疗的局部晚期胰腺癌患者36例,将他们随机分为两组,对照组采用常规的化疗、体部立体定向放疗进行治疗。研究组采用重组人血管内皮抑素联合常规化疗、体部立体定向放疗对患者进行治疗。观察并比较两组患者治疗后的生活质量,其主要包括改善、下降和稳定等;观察并比较两组患者治疗后的毒副反应,主要包括血小板减少、白细胞减少和恶心呕吐等。结果研究组患者治疗后的生活质量明显好于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后的毒副反应明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在对局部晚期胰腺癌患者的治疗过程中,使用重组人血管内皮抑素联合常规化疗、体部立体定向放疗治疗的效果比较理想,值得在临床上被进一步推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of recombinant human endostatin combined with conventional chemotherapy and body stereotac-tic radiotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced pancreatic cancer. Methods 36 patients with locally advanced pancreatic cancer who were treatedin our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with routine chemotherapyand body stereotactic radiotherapy. The study group was treated with recombinant human endostatin combined with conventional chemotherapy andbody stereotactic radiotherapy. The quality of life （QOL） after treatment was observed and compared between the two groups, including improvement,decrease and stabilization, and the side effects, including thrombocytopenia, leukopenia, nausea and vomiting, were observed and compared betweenthe two groups. Results The quality of life in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）, and the toxicityand side effects in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Recombinant human endostatincombined with conventional chemotherapy and body stereotactic radiotherapy is effective in the treatment of locally advanced pancreatic cancer,which is worthy of further promotion and application in clinic.
