全过程评估单在门诊静脉输液规范化管理中的应用效果观察

The application effect of the whole process evaluation order in the standardized management of outpatient venous transfusion was observed

目的探讨在门诊静脉输液过程中使用自行设计的静脉输液全过程评估单的应用效果。方法将2017年9月～10月使用静脉输液全过程评估单前后,随机观察护士静脉输液操作,并发放问卷调查患者100例,作为对照组和观察组。比较两组输液前评估的依从性(患者评估、药物评估、穿刺工具评估),安全教育的依从性,过程中巡回及时性与患者满意度。结果使用输液全过程评估单后观察组在输液前患者评估、药物评估、安全告知环节的依从性、巡回及时性、患者满意度方面显著高于对照组,经比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论输液全过程评估单使用可以规范护士输液前评估,提高护士评估依从性,巡视及时性,输液安全知识教育,显著提高患者的满意度。

Objective To investigate the outpatient intravenous fluids used during the whole design process of intravenous fluids to evaluate theapplication effect of single. Conclusion Transfusion process can standardize nurses beforeinfusion is used to assess a single evaluation, improve the nurse assess compliance, tour of timeliness, transfusion safety knowledge education, improvepatient satisfaction.
