优化住院病人上腹部磁共振扫描护理配合临床研究

Clinical study on optimizing nursing care of upper abdomen magnetic resonance scanning of inpatients

目的研究优化住院病人上腹部磁共振扫描护理配合临床效果。方法随机抽取本院自2017年2月～2018年2月收治的行上腹部磁共振扫描的住院患者84例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=42)与观察组(n=42)。给予对照组患者常规护理,给予观察组患者常规护理与针对性护理,分析两组配合依从性、平均扫描时间及护理满意度。结果配合依从性、护理满意度对比显示观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);平均扫描时间对比显示观察组低于以照组(P<0.05)。结论住院病人上腹部磁共振扫描时应用针对性护理措施,既可缩短平均扫描时间,又可提高患者配合依从性、护理满意度,临床应用价值较高,值得推广。

Objective To study and optimize the clinical effect of upper abdominal magnetic resonance imaging （MRI） nursing in hospitalizedpatients. Methods 84 hospitalized patients with upper abdominal magnetic resonance scan from February 2017 to February 2018 were randomly selectedand divided into control group （n=42） and observation group （n=42）. Regular nursing and targeted nursing were given to the observationgroup. The compliance, average scanning time and nursing satisfaction were analyzed in the two groups. Results Compliance and nursing satisfactionshowed that the observation group was significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. The mean scanning time was lower in the observationgroup than that in the radiation group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of targeted nursing measures in upper abdominal magnetic resonancescan of inpatients can not only shorten the average scanning time, but also improve the cooperation compliance and nursing satisfaction of thepatients. The clinical application value is higher, and it is worth popularizing.
