偏瘫患者行综合性神经康复疗法的效果研究

Effect of comprehensive neurorehabilitation therapy on hemiplegic patients

目的研究分析对偏瘫患者采用综合性神经康复疗法的临床效果。方法选取2015年6月～2017年6月本院接收治疗的108例偏瘫患者,通过采用抛硬币法随机分组办法,分为研究组和参照组。其中参照组为54例,实施常规康复模式,研究组为54例,予以综合性神经康复疗法,比较两组临床治疗效果以及治疗前后HAMD评分、神经功能缺损评分。结果比较分析,治疗前,两组患者的HAMD评分以及神经功能缺损评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,研究组患者的HAMD评分以及神经功能缺损评分,均要优于参照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率为(96.30%),要远高于参照组治疗总有效率(85.19%),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对偏瘫患者实施综合性神经康复治疗法,应用价值优异,于临床中推广的价值较高。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive neurorehabilitation therapy for hemiplegic patients. Methods 108patients with hemiplegia received treatment from June 2015 to June 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into study group and control group,54 cases in the study group, and 54 cases in the control group. The clinical effect, HAMD score and neurological deficit score were compared betweenthe two groups. Results Before the treatment, HAMD scores and neurological impairment scores were compared between the two groups.There was no significant difference between the two groups. After treatment, the HAMD score and neurological impairment score of the patients inthe study group were better than those in the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups. The total effective rate oftreatment in the study group was 96.30%, which was much higher than that in the control group （85.19%）, and there was significant difference betweenthe two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive neurorehabilitation therapy for patients with hemiplegia has excellent applicationvalue and is worth popularizing in clinic.
