联合检验对珠蛋白生成障碍性贫血与缺铁性贫血的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of Joint Inspection for Aplastic Anemia and Iron Deficiency Anemia

目的本实验的课题主要探讨联合检验对珠蛋白生产障碍性贫血(地贫)与缺铁性贫血(IDA)中的诊断价值。方法先根据随机数字法选取本院2015年6月～2017年6月期间所收治的30例地贫患者,30例IDA患者以及30例健康体检者作为研究对象,对所有人员均实施联合检验;对比3组人员血液学指标。结果地贫组患者与健康人群相比,其MCV水平与RBC脆性均有所下降,而HbA2有所上升;而IDA组相比于健康人群,其MCV与RBC均所有下降,RDW有所上升,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合检验在珠蛋白生产障碍性贫血与缺铁性贫血的诊断中具有较高的应用价值,其中各项血液学指标均能够反映出患者的症状,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective In this experiment, the thesis mainly discuss the joint inspection on the production of globin disorder anemia （MA） andiron deficiency anemia （IDA） in the diagnosis. Methods 30 patients, 30 IDA patients and 30 healthy subjects were selected from the hospital fromJune 2015 to June 2017 according to the random number method. Results Patients with thalassemia group compared with healthy subjects, the levelof MCV and RBC fragile were decreased, while HbA2 increased; and the IDA group compared to the healthy population, MCV and RBC were all decreased, RDW increased, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application value of combined test in the diagnosisof globin production has higher anemia and iron deficiency anemia in, the hematological parameters were able to reflect the patient＇ s symptoms, andhas high application value.
