整合式心理护理对宫颈癌患者围手术期的影响探讨

Integrated the influence of psychological nursing of cervical cancer patients perioperative

目的探讨并分析整合式心理护理对宫颈癌患者围手术期的影响。方法选取本院2015年2月～2017年2月共100例宫颈癌患者为研究对象。随机分为对照组50例(常规围手术期护理)以及观察组50例(整合式心理护理),手术完毕后采取问卷调查的方式对患者的焦虑状态以及抑郁情绪进行评分。结果经过一段时间整合式心理护理后观察组的满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后观察组的心理护理状态评分以及生存质量评分改善幅度相对比较大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对宫颈癌患者围手术期采取整合式心理护理能够有效的降低减轻患者的负面情绪,提高患者对护理的满意程度以及患者的生活质量,值得在临床上推广。

Objective To study and analyze the integrated psychological and the effect of perioperative nursing of the cervical cancer patients.Methods Selected from February 2015 to February 2017, a total of 100 cases of cervical cancer patients as the research object.Were randomly dividedinto control group of 50 cases （conventional） perioperative nursing and observation group of 50 cases （integrated type psychological nursing）, afterthe surgery for patients by using the way of questionnaire survey of anxiety and depression score. Results After a period of time after integratedtype psychological care and satisfaction of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Observation group after nursing psychological nursing status score and quality of life scores improved range is relatively large, the differencewas statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For cervical cancer patients perioperative patients take integrated type psychological nursingcan effectively reduce reduce negative emotions, improve patients satisfaction of nursing and the patient＇s quality of life, is worth popularizingin clinic.
