射频热凝术治疗盘源性腰痛的临床疗效观察

目的探讨射频热凝术在盘源性腰痛治疗中的临床疗效。方法将本院2015年4月～2017年6月收治的64例盘源性腰痛作为研究对象,对所有患者均应用射频热凝术治疗,观察采取射频热凝术治疗前后疼痛评分情况。结果患者接受射频热凝术治疗后,在手术后第1天、术后第2天、术后1周、术后1个月VAS评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05)。且随着时间的推移,VAS评分也在逐渐下降。治疗前患者的SF-36评分为(48.32±7.21)分,术后6个月SF-36评分为(88.52±8.11)分,两组数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过术后6个月的随访,均没有患者出现椎间间隙血肿和感染等并发症。结论应用射频热凝术治疗盘源性腰痛能够显著改善患者的临床症状,缓解患者腰部疼痛,提高患者生活质量,因而值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of radiofrequency thermocoagulation in the treatment of the discogenic lumbar pain.Methods From April 2015 to June 2017 our hospital treated 64 cases of disc source sex lumbago as the research object, the rf heat coagulation treatment,all patients were applied to observe take pain score before and after the rf heat coagulation treatment. Results After the patients received radiofrequencythermocoagulation, the VAS score of the first day after the operation, the second day after surgery, one week after surgery, and Januarywas lower than before the treatment （P〈0.05）. As time went on, VAS scores declined.The sf-36 score of the patients before treatment was （48.32±7.21）, and the sf-36 score was （88.52±8.11） in 6 months after the operation, and the difference between the two groups was significant and statisticallysignificant（P〈0.05）. After 6 months of follow-up, no complications such as intervertebral intervertebral hematoma and infection were observed.Conclusion The application of radio frequency （rf） for the treatment of thermosetting plate source sex lumbago can significantly improve the patient＇sclinical symptoms, alleviate patients with lumbar pain, improve the patients quality of life, and is worth popularizing in clinical application.
