班级企业化管理是职业学校探索与实践的一种重要管理模式,它致力于完善企业与学校的对接,解决中职毕业生不适应企业工作等棘手问题。班级企业化管理实现了班级管理模式从经验型到标准化的转变,同时给予了班级文化以充分的重视。因此,立足实践基础,对班级企业化管理中的标准与个性两方面进行了必要性与可行性的探索,并尝试分析了企业化在班级管理中教育移植的重点所在。

Class enterprise management is an important management mode for vocational schools to explore and practice, which is dedicated to improving the connection between enterprises and schools, solving such problems like graduates＇ adapting to enterprise work. It realizes the transformation of class management mode from experi- ence to standardization and gives full attention to class culture. Based on practice, the paper explores the necessi- ty and feasibility of the standard and personality in class enterprise management and tries to analyze the emphasis of education transplantation in class enterprise management.
