摘要
通过对152名高职院校辅导员的职业倦怠现状进行调查结果显示:有26名辅导员出现中度的职业倦怠,其中情感衰竭维度得分最高,人格解体维度得分最低。一方面,从辅导员职业倦怠整体分值、情感衰竭、低个人成就、人格解体三个分维度进行分析;另一方面,通过对辅导员的性别、工龄、学历、专业科类在职业倦怠上的差异及原因分析,进而提出重视辅导员工作、完善工作模式、建立健全激励机制、完善职务职称评定制度、建立科学的评价体系等工作对策与建议,促进高职辅导员职业化、专业化,提升辅导员的自我认同感、工作归属感和工作成就感。
According to the sm'vey of the status quo of job burnout of 152 vocational college counselors, there were 26 counselors with moderate burnout, among which the scores of emotional exhaustion were the highest and the scores of personality disintegration were the lowest. This article analyzes the three dimensions of counselor's job burnout, they are emotional e-haustion, low personal achievement and personality disintegration. It also ana- lyzes their gender, seniority, education and professional subjects as well as the differences and causes in burnout. This article puts forward some strategies and suggestions such as attaching importance to counselors' work, per- leering work patterns, establishing a sound incenlive mechanism, perfecting the job title evaluation system and establishing a scientific evaluation system and so on. These strategies can help to promote the professionalization of vocational counselors. They can also improve the counselor's self-identity and achievement.
