高职院校教师队伍建设对接现代学徒制的路径

当前,高职院校现代学徒制实施还存在转型较慢、高职教师深入企业有效实践比较欠缺、企业参与现代学徒制的积极性待提高、企业师傅实践结合教学的能力待提升等主体困惑。而要解决这一困惑,必须要增强高职院校现代学徒制实施的双师支撑,要将实践素质培养作为高职院校师资队伍建设的重点,落实脱产顶岗作为高职院校师资专业训练的保障,校企充分联动作为高职院校师资能力提升的纽带,教师师傅协同作为高职院校双师发展进步的要求。要促进高职院校现代学徒制实施的师资改革,充分完善教师企业顶岗制度体系,不断提高教师职业发展规划能力,逐步建构现代学徒运行管理模式,全面搭建校企深度合作有效平台。

At present, problems still exist in the implementation of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges. It is still in a slow transition and higher vocational teachers should get more involved in effective practices, the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in modern apprenticeship needs to be improved and the ability of the company＇ s masters to combine teaching with teaching needs to be upgraded. To solve these problems, we must strengthen the support of the dual apprenticeship of modern apprenticeships in higher vocational colleges. We must regard the training of practical qualities as the key point for the construction of the teaching staff in high- er vocational colleges and implement the post-professional training as the teacher professional training in higher vocational colleges. School-enterprise joint action for improving higher vocational college teachers＇ ability should be enhanced. It is necessary to promote teacher reform in modern apprenticeships in higher vocational colleges and fully improve the institutional system for teachers＇ professional development in hopes of constructing modern apprentices＇ operation management models gradually and build an effective platform for deep cooperation between schools and enterprises.
