摘要
在我国,政府角色的发挥是职业教育集团化办学成功与否的关键性因素,政府的舆论宣传、宏观调控、政策激励和典型示范对职业教育集团化办学的发展具有功能性价值。通过对我国职业教育集团化办学历程中政府角色价值演化的分析,为优化我国职业教育集团化办学的政府参与路径提供启示和建议。
The government’s role is the key factor for the success of vocational education collectivization in ourcountry. The propaganda, macro- control, incentive policies and typical demonstrations from government havefunctional value for the development of vocational education collectivization. Through the analysis of the evolvingvalue of the government's role in the process of running vocational education collectivization in China, this paperprovides some suggestions for optimizing the government’s participation.
