遵循历史发展的轨迹,以东西方传统学徒制的不同形态变迁为依据,将传统学徒制的形态发展分为形成-成熟-衰落三个阶段,分别对各个阶段学徒制的发展状况、形态变化等进行阐述。在此基础上,进一步剖析学徒制的形态变迁对技术传承的影响,主要包括对社会分层、经济、科技、文化以及职业教育发展等方面的影响。从这个视角说明学徒制不同形态变迁的历史必然性及其所蕴含的社会影响价值。

Based on the changes in the traditional forms of apprenticeship in the East and the West and followingthe historical development trajectory, the development of the traditional apprenticeship system is divided intothree stages of formation-maturity-decline, it explained the development and changes of apprenticeship in eachstage. On this basis, further analysis of the influence of the changes in the apprenticeship system on technologicalheritage includes the impact on social stratification, economy, technology, culture and vocational education development.From a new perspective, it shows the historical inevitability of different forms of apprenticeship changeand its social implications.
