黑龙江省城市社区养老服务发展对策探究

Research on the development countermeasures of Heilongjiang community pension service

近年来,我国已进入老龄化社会。随着二胎政策的正式实施,我国传统的"4+2+1模式"更是面临着前所未有的压力和挑战,老年人的养老问题已成为了一个亟待解决的重要议题。目前,社区养老服务已成为了一种发展趋势,但由于资历尚浅,体制还尚不成熟。本文就社区养老服务中存在的一系列问题进行了深入剖析,并提出了有针对性的解决策略,以提高城市社区养老服务的水平。

In recent years,China has entered an aging society. With the implementation of the second-child policy,the traditional ＂4 ＋ 2 ＋ 1＂model in China is facing unprecedented pressure and challenges. The elderly pension has become an important issue to be solved. At present,the community pension service has become a trend of development,but due to the shallow seniority,the system is still immature. This paper analyzes a series of problems existing in community pension service,and puts forward some corresponding solutions to improve the level of urban community pension service.
