高职院校数学课程教学的对分课堂应用研究

摘要 对分课堂教学是一种新型的教学模式,它是由复旦大学张学新教授提出的。对分课堂模式将讲授式教学与讨论式教学有效结合,将课堂分为两部分,以提高学生的学习积极性和增加师生间的交流互动。高职院校的数学教师应用对分课堂教学将自己的角色由过去单一的"教"转变为现在的"教与导",学生在课堂的角色地位也由过去的"学"转变为现在的"学与研",由"个体学习"变为"群体学习",体现了现代教育的社会特征。 PAD teaching is a new teaching model,which was proposed by Professor Zhangxuexin of Fudan University.In order to improve students' interest for learning and enhancing teacher-student interaction and communication,the PAD model is combined teaching style with discussion style. The application of mathematics teachers in higher vocational colleges with PAD teaching has transformed their role from a single "teaching"in the past to "teaching"and "guiding". The role of students in the classroom has also changed from "learning"in the past to "learning"and "research",what's more,from "individual learning"to "group learning",they reflect the social characteristics of modern education.
