农村初任教师的流动研究

Research on the mobility of rural primary teachers

农村教师流动的现象并不罕见,学术界认为流动的往往是学校的骨干和优秀教师。但据调查发现,农村教师的流动往往以初任教师为主。初任教师的频繁、单向、无序流动加剧了农村中小学师资队伍的不稳定,制约了农村学校的发展,在一定程度上也降低了教学质量。本文分析了农村初任教师流动存在的问题及原因,并提出了减少农村初任教师流动的对策,以供人们参考。

The phenomenon of rural teacher mobility is not uncommon. Academics believe that the flow is often the backbone of schools and excellent teachers. However,according to the survey,rural teachers tend to be the new teachers. Frequent,unidirectional and disorderly flow of new teachers aggravates the instability of rural primary and secondary school teachers,restricts the development of rural schools,and to a certain extent reduces the quality of teaching. This paper analyzes the problems and causes of the flow of rural first-time teachers,and puts forward countermeasures to reduce the flow of rural first-time teachers for reference.
