摘要 以华电莱州发电有限公司~#1机组1 000 MW超超临界锅炉为例,针对其年平均排烟温度达到126℃的运行状况,利用烟气超低排放一体化协同治理,设计在锅炉空气预热器出口加装低温省煤器,以降低锅炉排烟温度、吸收锅炉排烟热损失。重点阐述1 000 MW超超临界机组低温省煤器布置设计、取水方案,并利用等效焓降法对机组加装低温省煤器热经济性进行分析,证明加装低温省煤器可有效提高了机组运行热经济性,在排烟余热回收方面具有一定可行性。 Taking the 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical boiler of#1 unit in Laizhou Power Generation Company whose annual average smoke temperature reaches 126 ℃,management integrating flue and gas emission regulation,as well as low-temperature economizer at outlet of air preheater are adopted to reduce the boiler exhaust temperature and absorb the boiler heat loss. It expounds the layout and water intake scheme of the low-temperature economizer of 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical unit,and analyzes the thermal economy of the low-temperature economizer by equivalent enthalpy drop method. The results demonstrate that the thermal efficiency of the unit is improved by the low-temperature economizer. It is of feasible and practical reference value in recovery of exhaust heat.
