摘要
华能铜川照金电厂在未进行设备技术改造的前提下,对以往机组启动过程各阶段参数进行深入分析,通过优化运行操作,将机组并网前脱硝系统入口烟气温度由约265℃调整至约298℃,烟温达到了脱硝催化剂最低连续喷氨温度之上,实现了在机组并网前投入脱硝系统。介绍了主要技术措施及调整前后参数变化,供解决同类问题时参考。
Before the technical reform on equipment in Huaneng Tongchuan Zhaojin Power Plant,in-depth analysis of the parameters at each stage before start-up process were carried out. By optimizing the operation,the flue gas temperature at inlet of denitration system before grid-connection increased from 265 ℃ to298 ℃. The smoke temperature reached the minimum temperature required by continuous spraying ammonia of denitration catalyst. The denitration system was put into practice before the grid-connection. The main technical measures and parameters before and after the adjustment are introduced for reference in solving similar problems.
