施工现场人员安全意识与安全公民行为研究

Research on Safety Awareness and Safety Citizenship Behaviors of Construction Site Personnels

在众多与施工现场安全问题相关的因素中,安全意识与安全公民行为对于改善施工现场人员的安全现状有着直接的关系。通过研究施工现场人员的安全意识与安全公民行为,利用问卷调查及数据统计与处理等方法,探究二者之间存在的关联,并且依据调查所得的结论,利用安全意识与安全公民行为之间的相关性,提出改善施工现场人员安全公民行为现状的有效措施,从而促进我国建筑行业安全状况的改善。

Among the many factors related to the safety problems of construction site,safety awareness and safety citizenship behaviors are directly related to improving the safety status of the personnels on the construction site. This paper uses questionnaires,data statistics and processing methods to explore the relationship between them. According to the conclusions of the survey,proposes effective measures to improve the current situation of safety citizenship behaviors of construction site personnels based on the correlation between safety awareness and safety citizenship behaviors,so as to improve the safety status of China＇s construction industry.
