摘要
劳动及学校劳动教育在当下社会各种场域中遭遇了许多的困厄局面。对劳动进行高低贵贱的等级化区分,对体力劳动的轻视与鄙薄,对学校劳动教育的误解和矮化,所有这些都无形中扭曲了劳动价值观念,片面否定了劳动的价值与意义,挤压了劳动教育的生存与发展空间。对于以"学中做、做中学"为鲜明特色的高职院校而言,要结合经济社会发展和人的全面发展的需要,深刻理解劳动教育的时代内涵,以"工匠精神"为价值指向,正确把握劳动教育的时空逻辑,完善劳动教育的体系建构,形塑崇尚"工匠精神"的校园文化,构建多方合力的社会支持系统。
Labor and school labor education have encountered many difficult situations in various fields in the current society.The distinction between high and low levels of labor, the contempt for manual labor, and the misunderstanding and dwarfization of school labor education. All these virtually distorted the value of labor, negated the value and significance of labor, and squeezed the space for the survival and development of labor education. For higher vocational colleges with distinctive characteristics of "learning to do middle school and middle school", it is necessary to combine the needs of economic and social development and the all-round development of people, to deeply understand the connotation of the era of labor education and point to "craftsman spirit". We will correctly grasp the space-time logic of labor education, perfect the construction of labor education system, shape the campus culture advocating "craftsman spirit", and build a multi-party social support system.
