高校生态圈以大学生创业发展能力提升为基础,通过融合各培育主体,达到培育主体合作共赢、满足就业需求、拓展就业理念、提高就业能力等目标。高校生态圈视角下的大学生就业能力培育对社会具有积极的意义,表现在完善就业培育模式、满足社会就业需求、降低流转成本等方面。为进一步完善这种培育模式,需要以就业、资源整合为基础形成多元化的培育主体,并在其基础上完善经验性的培育指标和具体的培育任务,最后形成培育系统和流程化管理,以此构建完整的以就业关联性为基础的合作平台。
